Go Express Sentosa is seeking a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening for a full-time position. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests during events and banquets. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that all events run smoothly and that our guests have a memorable experience.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet facilities.,Provide excellent customer service to guests during events.,Work with the kitchen staff to ensure that food and beverages are served promptly and correctly.,Maintain a clean and organized banquet area.,Assist with event planning and coordination.,Handle any guest complaints or issues in a professional manner.,Work as part of a team to ensure that all events run smoothly.,Follow all health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic knowledge of English is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.,Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
