📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Conduct initial background checks and reference verifications.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.,Support the recruitment team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis related to recruitment metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using ATS and other HR software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Strong organizational and time management skills.
