📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and food cost management.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Oversee staff training and development to maintain high service quality and customer satisfaction.,Monitor and report on sales performance, and implement strategies to increase revenue.,Maintain a clean and well-organized restaurant environment, ensuring it meets health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive reputation.,Collaborate with the restaurant manager to develop and implement operational plans and strategies.,Ensure that all staff are aware of and adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the restaurant or hospitality industry.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team of staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling and hygiene standards.,Experience in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.
