PT Fajar Wardhana is seeking a talented and experienced Procurement Staff to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, combining both office and field work. As a Procurement Staff, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring that our company meets its supply needs efficiently and effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from initiation to completion, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.,Prepare and analyze procurement reports to support decision-making.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth procurement operations.,Participate in team meetings and provide updates on procurement activities.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management.,Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to travel to supplier locations as needed.
