As a Junior Recruiter, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and supporting the recruitment team in achieving their targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process from start to finish, including job advertising, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling.,Screen and evaluate job applications to identify the most qualified candidates.,Conduct initial interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Support the recruitment team in achieving their monthly and quarterly targets.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
