📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of crew members to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Supervising daily activities and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards.
  • Training and mentoring new team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
  • Monitoring and maintaining quality control measures to ensure consistency and excellence in service delivery.
  • Communicating effectively with team members, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Reporting to management on team performance, operational issues, and any other relevant matters.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Promoting a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality or service industry.
  • A strong understanding of operational procedures and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the industry.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel and work in different locations as required.
