📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design and manage social media content for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Create promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and digital ads.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to promote our products and services.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Insights.
- Ensure all designs and marketing materials are aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Stay updated with the latest design and marketing trends to keep our content fresh and engaging.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design and marketing.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
