Wesley Pelita Bangsa School is seeking a Passionate Kindergarten Teacher to join our team in Jakarta Utara. As a Kindergarten Teacher, you will be at the heart of our school community, designing and delivering fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate lessons for our youngest learners. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for Kindergarten students
• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
• Collaborate with other educators, parents, and community members to support the holistic development of each child
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education
• Participate in school events and activities, including parent-teacher conferences and open houses
• Promote a safe and inclusive school environment where all students feel valued and respected
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, behavior, and progress

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Kindergarten
• Strong knowledge of early childhood development and learning theories
• Ability to create and implement engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other educators, parents, and community members
• Valid teaching certification or license (if required)
• Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a love for learning in young children
