📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing information and guidance to applicants regarding passport application processes.
• Verifying and validating applicant documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Processing passport applications, including data entry and record keeping using the SIMPAS (Sistem Informasi Manajemen Paspor) system.
• Assisting in the issuance and delivery of passports to applicants.
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and policies related to passport services.
• Resolving customer inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborating with team members to maintain a high standard of service and efficiency.
• Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles, preferably in a government or public service setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with the SIMPAS system and other relevant passport processing software.
