📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the sales process by providing information and support to sales representatives.
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns.
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence to support sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Maintain and update product knowledge to ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of sales training programs.
  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to team discussions.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service (preferably in a technology-related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
