SPD Scientific is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth in the Biotech & Healthcare sector. This position is based in Bali, with opportunities to work in various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the Biotech & Healthcare industry.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization.,Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities and performance.,Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure seamless business processes.,Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the Biotech & Healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the Biotech & Healthcare market and industry trends.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
