📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
  • Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and customers.
  • Conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
  • Providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Training and mentoring sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Monitoring and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Representing the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the Retail and Modern Trade sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
