📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of diverse learners.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and academic success.,Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.,Collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching practices and improve student outcomes.,Participate in school-wide initiatives and events to support the overall mission and goals of the institution.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Stay current with educational trends, best practices, and relevant resources to continuously improve teaching methods.,Provide additional support to students, such as tutoring or mentoring, as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in a similar educational setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff members.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.,Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.,Commitment to the values and goals of Life Leaf Berjaya.
