GLEAM Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our team in Pematangsiantar. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth.,Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to expand the client base.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry trends.
