📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of health tech and AI solutions, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, using tools like Jira and Trello.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and client representatives, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and reports to keep stakeholders informed.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in health tech.
• Provide training and support to internal teams to enhance their skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management, particularly in health tech or digital solutions.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of health tech and AI solutions, with experience in healthcare industry.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, and Microsoft Project.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
