📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Support the HR team in managing employee records and maintaining accurate personnel files.,Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in conducting employee performance reviews and appraisals.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation packages.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including scheduling meetings and managing HR documents.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
