📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing a warm and friendly welcome.,Handle customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Assist with event planning and setup, including managing guest lists and coordinating with vendors.,Monitor and record customer feedback to improve service quality.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using office software and computer systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning and coordination is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
