📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination of daily operations activities.,Support the operations team in maintaining accurate records and reports.,Assist in the organization and management of office supplies and equipment.,Support the operations team in the preparation of meeting agendas and minutes.,Assist in the coordination of travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips.,Support the operations team in the management of office security and safety.,Assist in the organization and management of office events and activities.,Support the operations team in the management of office inventory and procurement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or administrative roles (preferred but not required).,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial processes is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
