📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop training programs that align with company objectives and employee development needs.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in designing and delivering effective training programs.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems and training technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
