📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct job analysis and develop job descriptions and specifications.,Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify potential candidates.,Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to provide feedback on candidates and make hiring recommendations.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure competitive recruitment practices.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with the local job market and industry trends in Samarinda.,Ability to travel for interviews and recruitment activities as required.
