Indonesia Transport is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.

This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia. We are offering a competitive salary of Rp 9.000.000 – Rp 11.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, including scheduling, maintenance, and repairs
  • Ensure all vehicles are roadworthy and comply with safety regulations
  • Monitor fuel consumption and cost, and implement strategies to reduce expenses
  • Track vehicle usage and performance, and report on key metrics to management
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations
