Magnus Renewable Tech Corp. is seeking a dedicated Safety Officer to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees and contractors working on our construction and renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety management, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement safety programs and procedures for construction and renewable energy projects.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide safety training and orientation to employees and contractors.,Investigate accidents and incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.,Ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records and documentation.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to promote a culture of safety.,Stay updated on industry best practices and safety trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a safety officer or similar role in the construction or renewable energy industry.,Certification in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of safety regulations and standards relevant to construction and renewable energy projects.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,Familiarity with safety management software and tools is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
