📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Enter, update, and maintain patient records and medical data.,Ensure data accuracy and completeness by verifying and correcting errors.,Process and organize medical documents, reports, and other relevant information.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure data integrity and compliance.,Assist in data analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes.,Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with relevant regulations.,Provide data entry support for various administrative tasks as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Health Information Management, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in data entry or a similar role.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good understanding of medical terminology and healthcare data management.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is a plus.
