📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the distribution network to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to meet sales targets and customer demands.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, distributors, and retailers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management.,Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth and effective distribution processes.,Analyze distribution data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of distribution management principles and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving distribution efficiency.
