Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive the growth and development of the partner network.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address key challenges and opportunities for our partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to inform strategic decisions and identify new growth opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners, to ensure their success and satisfaction.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of our partner network, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and share this knowledge with the team to drive continuous improvement.,Lead and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and development within the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or a related discipline.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic or operational role within the food and beverage industry or a related field.,Proven track record of driving growth and development within a partner network or similar environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and its unique challenges and opportunities is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
