📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and improve customer experience.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telesales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
