📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture.
• Conduct interviews and reference checks to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide feedback on candidates.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies and external partners to expand the talent pool.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities using HRIS and CRM systems.
• Provide bilingual support to clients and candidates, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking candidates.
• Proficient in both Indonesian and Mandarin languages, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and CRM systems, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in recruitment or HR management is a plus.
