Daily, you'll be using industry-standard tools like QuickBooks, Excel, and specialized costing software to manage and analyze our financial data. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Accurately calculate and analyze costs for menu items, inventory, and operational expenses using QuickBooks and Excel.
• Prepare and maintain cost analysis reports to identify areas of cost inefficiency and profitability.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Work closely with the operations team to understand and optimize cost structures.
• Monitor and control inventory costs to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Develop and implement cost-saving strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management on cost management initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with costing methodologies and principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost accounting or related field is a plus.
