📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify potential safety and environmental risks.
- Develop, implement, and maintain safety and environmental management systems.
- Ensure compliance with national and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct safety and environmental training programs for employees.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor and report on safety and environmental performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Stay updated with the latest safety, health, and environmental best practices and standards.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HSE roles, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (OHSAS 18001) or equivalent is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, specifically Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Familiarity with safety and environmental management software such as SAP or similar is a plus.
