📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems in commercial properties.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify and address any issues or malfunctions in the systems.
• Repair and replace faulty components as needed, using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement system improvements and upgrades.
• Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance.
• Provide technical support and guidance to property staff as needed.
• Participate in emergency response and maintenance activities as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a MEPS Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Proven track record of maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and sanitary systems.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools and equipment, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certification as a MEPS Maintenance Technician or equivalent is a plus.
